Terms of Use of NEO Services

1.Account

• An Account is required to use the services. Provide a valid email address — it is used for signing in, notifications and refunds.
• The services are intended for persons aged 18 or over, or for minors with the consent of their legal representatives.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and NEO API keys secure and for all actions performed using them. If you suspect they have been compromised, immediately change your password or revoke the key and notify us.

2.Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use the services for:

• creating and distributing content that violates the legislation of the Russian Federation, including extremist materials, incitement to violence, and child sexual exploitation material;
• fraud, phishing, creating malware, attacks on information systems;
• violating the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights and the right to privacy, or collecting and processing personal data without a lawful basis;
• mass mailings without the recipients’ consent (spam) and disseminating false information presented as true;
• attempts to circumvent technical restrictions, limits and security measures of the services, or automated account creation;
• reselling access to the services without a separate agreement with the Contractor (except for using NEO API in your own products and the partner program on its terms).

Model providers set their own acceptable use rules; requests that violate them may be rejected by the model.

3.Artificial Intelligence Responses

Responses are generated automatically by language models, without human involvement, and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Responses do not constitute professional advice and are not a substitute for consulting a lawyer, doctor, financial advisor or other specialist.

The Contractor is not liable for decisions made on the basis of model responses or for the consequences of their use. Double-check important facts, figures and links.

4.Assistants

• NEO assistants are Assistant modes with their own specialisation and instructions for the language model. Their responses are generated automatically; artificial intelligence can make mistakes and provide inaccurate or outdated information. Verify important information.
• The personal finance and “Market” assistants provide general information only. Their responses do not constitute individual investment advice or an offer to buy or sell financial instruments. Transactions on the financial market involve risk, including the risk of losing the funds invested; you make decisions independently.
• The sports, nutrition and psychological support assistants do not provide medical or psychological care and are not a substitute for consulting a doctor, dietitian, trainer or psychologist. If you have health problems or are in a crisis, contact a specialist or emergency services.
• The assistants for taxes for individual entrepreneurs and self-employed persons, real estate, pregnancy and children, and pet care provide general information only. Their responses do not constitute tax, legal, medical or veterinary advice and are not a substitute for a tax advisor, lawyer, doctor or veterinarian. Rates, limits, deadlines and legal requirements change — check them in official sources (for example, on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia). Tax and unit economics calculations are indicative. If you, your child or your pet have alarming symptoms, contact a doctor or veterinarian immediately; in an emergency, contact emergency services.
• The “Secretary” assistant can create reminders at your request. Check the date and time of the created reminder; delivery depends on email and Telegram and is not guaranteed.
• You enable and disable the “Memory” feature; saved facts can be viewed, corrected and deleted in the “Memory” section of your account.
• You enable and disable the “Full History” feature separately; saved conversations can be searched, viewed, exported and deleted in the “History” section of your account. Fragments of past conversations that the assistant takes into account when responding may be inaccurate or outdated.

5.Rights to Results

Rights to the texts and documents you submit to the services remain with you. You may use the results generated from your requests at your own discretion, subject to the law and the terms of the model providers. The Contractor does not claim any rights to the results and does not use the content of your requests for its own purposes. By default, request texts are not stored on NEO servers; data of the “Memory” and “Full History” features (only if you have enabled them), reminders and knowledge bases are stored only for their operation and are deleted at your request (see the Personal Data Processing Policy for details).

6.Payment, Charges and Refunds

• Use of the models is paid for from the balance according to the price list in rubles published on the Website and in the Account.
• The price of generating images, video and music is shown before generation starts.
• Charges for a delivered result are made regardless of any subjective assessment of its quality. If you stop a response, the volume processed before stopping is charged.
• In the event of a technical error in the service, an empty response, an error or a timeout on the model provider’s side, or a generation failure, no money is charged or it is automatically returned to the balance (the free-limit attempt is also restored).
• The free daily limit is provided at the Contractor’s discretion and may change.
• The balance does not expire. The unused balance is refunded upon a request sent to support@neocraft.org within a reasonable time, but no later than 10 business days from the date the request is received, in the manner described in the Public Offer.
• Bonuses and promotional funds are non-refundable.

7.Restriction and Termination of Access

If the Terms are violated, the Contractor may restrict access to the services, revoke NEO API keys or block the Account. If an Account is blocked for violations not related to statutory prohibitions on refunds, the unused balance may be refunded upon request, less the cost of services already provided.

8.Service Availability

The services are provided “as is”. The Contractor strives to ensure their uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, including those due to the unavailability of models from providers. The list of models and features may change.

9.Changes to the Terms and Contact

The Contractor may amend the Terms by publishing a new version on the Website. Send questions and reports of violations to support@neocraft.org or to @neocraft_support on Telegram.
